Re: Canon 24-105mm f4 L IS USM sample shots

All these shots are really helpful so thanks for posting them. I have decided to get this lens with my new Canon 5D Mk II as it works out a lot cheaper (about 400 on top of the price of the body) than it would buying separately.

I'll therefore be selling my 28-70mm f2.8 L series when I sell my 40D body as I won't need both (I know I'll lose one stop but the IS will counter that mostly) and frankly can't afford to keep the old one as well as buy the new one. Any comments on whether I am doing the right thing in your opinion would be welcome but perhaps best sent to me in PM as it would be off topic in this thread.

Ta guys,
Rob

Re: Canon 24-105mm f4 L IS USM sample shots

Thought I'd add a couple of shots taken with the 24-105mm IS L on the 5D MkII. Shots are elsewhere in threads but put them here for convenience.

Cheers,
Rob
