Cheap alternative to Prolinca IR Trigger

I successfully use a wireless radio system for home studio setup, but when I visit the local camera club studio shoot I could do with an IR trigger system, to save using my SB800 to trigger the light setup.

Now I've seen this cheap alternative to prolinca IR Trigger (approx £50) on EBAY here IR Sender / Studio Flash Trigger / Wireless / New on eBay, also, Studio Equipment Lighting, Photography (end time 09-Mar-08 23:00:43 GMT) , but have no idea if it works that well or not

Anyone used one, or know of an alternative ?
