check before u leave
Today we had all our children together (all 4 of them!!) together for us all to go out for sunday lunch, all suited and booted. Thought be nice to get some piccies of us all together. Duly loaded the tripod D300 and 17 55 into the car got to the venue........................oh dear guess who left the mounting plate for the tripod on my 70 200 vr last night after some mid evening moon shots!!!!
In the end used the boot lid and the timer to get some shots of us all together. All suited and booted as it was our silver wedding anni gathering! All i can say is thankfully i took them before we sat and drank

Congratulations on the anniversary. It could have been worse you could have remembered the mounting plate and forgotten the wife
 .
