Yes - About 3 years ago I bought a pair of those from an eBay seller in the US.
They have very fine nylon bristles that won't scratch anything. The sleeves on the handles are rather 'sticky' which I don't much like, but otherwise there's nothing wrong with them. Just blow air through with a rocket blower to clean them after each pass, and keep one brush for the sensor and one for the mirror box. The price is reasonable, but you can also use a Daler-Rowney SY21 which is similar but has longer bristles. P.S. Sorry I missed this thread earlier.

It's not a bad idea to wrap some tape around the metal ferrule, just in case it accidentally touches the mirror or anything else that could be scratched. I use Scotch Magitape which doesn't go sticky after a while.
