Unhappy Epson P-2000 problems

I have just purchased a Epson P-2000 photo viewer, the problems is I cannot view TIFF Files??? I have done some searching and the reviews say you can. Epson say you can't see the thumbnails or in full screen
Is there something in the middle that i cant find
I have searched the web and cannot find a thing!

Unfortunately, it doesn't support tiff viewing.
You can only view Jpeg's and RAW files.

Aaaaahhhhhhh

I have been waiting ages for it. So is there anything out there that compares to the P-2000? or is indeed better?

Even the new P4000 still "only" supports RAW & jpeg: http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/c...egory=Products

There's a new viewer that looks very much like the epson.
It uses the same screen and the buttons have a very similar layout.

I'm sure it supports tiff viewing.

I'll get some info and post when I can find the article.
