high zoom/bigger sensor?
can anyone recommend a good high zoom camera, are there any with a bit bigger sensor? i know a few years back the fuji 6500 had something like a 1.8 sensor with 10 or 12 times optical zoom. just wondered if anyone else had bought out anything with the high zoom/ bigger sensor. thanks, jacqui.

There are several bridge cameras currently available with long zoom lenses. Can't speak for the sensor sizes though.

Seri uses a Panasonic DMC FZ28, 18 times zoom standard 10mp, but you go to 32 times optical by cropping the sensor to 3 mp..........
Assume it has a standard sensor size? Excellent little camera which can keep up with our SLR's in good light. |
