Definately!

I spent the morning with a friend shooting pictures of York Minster with the 18-70 len, got fed up and Jessops tempted me in on the way back to the car!

I intend to get a wide angle lens. Maybe in a month or so.

I looked at a lot of reviews some time ago and concluded the Tokina 12-24 was the way to go. There seems to be a rush of Sigma purchases round here so I had another look around the reviews.

End result is I'm back in that state of confusion as to what to choose. Shame there doesn't seem to be a Tokina owner around for comparisons.

Guess I'll just carry on pondering a bit longer

Get ready for the shock....took me a while to get used to how wide that lens is Looking forward to some great shots from ya !!

BTW get ready for the sharpness...... will you start selling the other lenses now....you've started, so you will not finish

I plan on getting one of these eventaully, and I plan to get the Tokina. AP magazine loved it!

To the OP, we need samples! And pictures of the lens!

I think there is but can't remember who now

The Tokina 12-24 is one lens that I have been looking at for sometime..........but be interested to see how you find the Sigma David.

For others looking for Wide Angle I read a lot of reviews & posted back here from mid 20 post onwards. The Nikonians test was very good.
