A new Monitor.

LCD Spectraview 2090.

Have to say having used it for two days it is an absolute joy to work with.

I already had a Multisync 2080UX LCD but got increasingly frustrated with not being able to achieve a profile I was happy with using the Eyeone 2.

Profiled the 2090 with the Spectraview software and the Eye one with ease.

Very happy with the purchase so far

Nice one P-E, an often underestimated piece of kit is a good monitor. If I upload a product to the Equipment Reviews would you mind doing a short review of it?

Of course I will do a review stepheno........will only be a basic one I am afraid but I will give an honest opinion as to how I see it

I will wait until the newness has worn off as at the moment it is just a case of WOW every time I use it, so I will let my excitement settle down a little before making comment in the review section

While I am at it stepheno I could do a little review on the Eye-One Display, if you want to create a slot in the Monitor & Calibration section.

Congrats on the new monitor PE. What made you choose this specific model in the end ?

Good question Dave.

I wanted a panel specifically for photo editing and this one came highly recommended.

I did consider LaCie & Eizo but as I had already and still use NEC panels I didn't feel the need to switch.

The Spectraview Profiler software was of great interest as well.
