Just got 5D
High ISO and full frame - time to switch from Nikon after 20+ years
Got the 5D and although very boring subject matter so far - my first pic at ISO 1600 and I nearly fell off my chair - .....  Full Res version here And the depth of field - Back to how it was with 35mm  Full res version here No Sharpening on either and just a touch of Noise Ninja on the ISO 1600 |

if prices continue to drop it's def a tempting purchase,. not sure there's much point showing a full res iso1600 shot to which you applied noise ninja
either way - let us know how you like it after you've used it for a bit, esp any 'strangeness' you found (or didn't find) switching between systems  Sil |
