Kodak dx7590
I've been considering buying one of these..
http://www.pixmania.co.uk/uk/uk/5412...590-zoom.html# I need a better camera than the one i've got now,...I just need something with more pixels and a good zoom-plus I already have the kodak software installed on my puter... Anybody got any advice on the pros or cons of this model??.... |

Just before I scrolled to your reply I was thinking of the Fujis!!!
I've not had any experience of the Kodaks but the time I had with the s5000 made me very happy with the all round results of just about every picture

I'm afraid it doesn't come out too well. You have be rather circumspect about the 'Above Average' rating, since most cameras reviewed on this site seem to be 'Recommended' or 'Highly Recommended'. I'd have a look at the Steves Digicam site referred to in EosD's post, where there is a list of the best cameras in each category. Hope that helps a little.
