Does anyone use this lcd screen protector? I know it's expensive, but just wanted to know if it really works and so worth the money?
I've seen it before and wasn't to sure then. |

Re: LCD Screen Hood Protector
The drawback I see with these is that you have to flip the cover down to look through the viewfinder, and up to see the screen. If you normally go from one to the other regularly (to review the image, look at the histogram, etc) it could be a pain.

Re: LCD Screen Hood Protector
I think these are more useful for cameras with no viewfinder.

Re: LCD Screen Hood Protector
Yeh I see what you mean. But I tend to look at the screen when I've taken a picture. I'm not that confident yet that I can more or less guess/see straight away which settings to use. Like last week when I went out and it was very sunny. I just couldn't see a thing on that screen. That's why I thought this would be handy. But it's a bit pricey if I think about it. If you go cheaper, then you get those stick on protectors. And that's not what I want.
