Longridge Duo Plus Mount Cutter - Delays in deliveries
Still waiting for delivery of my Longridge Duo Plus cutter after 1 month
 Seems Longridge have a problem meeting demand at the moment  Anyone else ordered one & still waiting ? |

Had mine nearly 2 years and delivery then was next day. Did you order direct or from a supplier? I'd give them a phone call as it seems a bit odd.

Supplier. Have spoken to them a couple of times & the owner comes across as a genuine guy. He has sold out of his stock & is having problems with Longridge being able to supply the goods . I would go elsewhere on the off chance others have them in stock, but this guy is fair bit cheaper.
Think I'll contact Longridge direct to ensure story is correct. |

Good idea, they were very helpful and when I was looking they were around the same price as all the other suppliers.

Well a very nice lady from Longridge called to apologise for the delay, but yes they have been experiencing some problems with their galvanising system, plus a backlog from a 2 week Xmas hols at the plant. So they are now contacting supplier to see if they are OK to send direct to me next Tuesday
