Um. Under £50? A must have for every Canon owner? *gulp*

I struggle to carry my 3 lenses now; I cannot manage another even if it was free.

The nifty fifty is so light you wouldn't notice. It also goes well with extension tubes such as the Jessops auto tubes which happen to be exactly the same diameter.

Notice the £9 postage!

It's a fantastic wee lens though with that postage it's a shade under average price rather than an incredible deal. You'd struggle to get similar quality out of a lens double the price though.

Re: Must have lens for every Canon owner

Rats! I wish people wouldn't load the price with a silly postage charge. It's not as if the lens is large or heavy.

Re: Must have lens for every Canon owner

If you email Ian (Kerso) he will try and give a little more discount if you don't buy through ebay.

Postage does seem a bit heavy on this one.

Re: Must have lens for every Canon owner

an idea of postage... i recently sold my old fuji 6900 which was a relatively big camera completely with battery charger batteries and loads of odds and sods....sending it down south 1st class cost me £7.20 so the 50mm shouldnt really cost any more than about £1.50 - £2.00
