can anyone suggest where I can purchase a new Nikon snap on lens cap (72mm) from around the Cheltenham area. My old one is lying at the bottom of Padstow harbour

Re: Nikon Lens Cap
I think your best bet would be an internet shop. Even if you had a 'proper' camera shop within stricking distance, they might have to order one in for you and you will end up not only paying for the postage anyway, but might also have to pay a premium for them to do it for you.
7day shop have own brand, but postage needs to be added here. Jessop's are a bit dearer - but no postage here Warehouse express list Nikon caps but use part numbers and not size ![]() Morris cameras list a Nikon cap here |

Re: Nikon Lens Cap
Not many shops seen to carry the Nikon Caps. Fixation do in London but a bit of a trek for you. Ebay is a good source if you are not in hurry as they are not cheap. I keep a spare 77mm just in case and have a few odds and ends but no 72 mm sorry. However I can offer you a nice bolt for that stable door.
