I 'think' it should. Manual focus though obviously....

Edit: just found this: http://www.mir.com.my/rb/photography...s/283550mm.htm

Appears to eb indentical to the current AF 50mm 1.8 just without the AF.

I have used a Nikon f1.4 50mm on my D70s - if you are prepared to 'revert' to manual and forego some recorded info (e.g. f stop) it works fine !
