Are Pockets Wizards legal to use In UK ?
I see from the Pocket Wizard site that they use the Frequency: 344.04 Megahertz . Is this a legal frequency range to use in UK ?

It's within a range allocated to mobile and satellite mobile, so it should be OK. I think.

If it is every football photographer that shoots Premier and Championship is breaking the law, and i have seen plenty at horse racing under the jumps

I would be very surprised if it was on 344MHz as this is within the Fixed Mobile and Mobile Satellite band allocations. 433Mhz would be about right as that is very close to such utility frequencies as Vehicle remote locking keys (MPT1340) which is exempt from licensing.
