Problem with my Nikon D70

the ruddy rubber eyepiece surround keeps falling off!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have lost two of the bloody things now in the space of a month,

ah well, will have to buy another dk-10 , tut

the next one is getting superglued on , lol , and i reccomend that to anyone else with a D70

That’s disappointing, I lost the rubber section off my 10D when I slipped it back into my lowePro backpack at Formby. I only realised when I had got home but it was too late by then. I never replaced that one but always check the one on the 20D whenever I replace the camera into the bag, once bitten and all that.

Image editing O.K.

A thin smear of clear silicone sealant is good for securing things like that. It stays put but you can remove it if you want to and the sealant cleans off leaving no trace or damage.
