Does this lens hold a 2.8 all the way to 200mm? Cause my 28-135 changes depending on my zoom length. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Depends which 70-200 you're referring to! But, generally speaking, if the lens is described as 70-200mm f/2.8 then it won't change unlike 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 which'll change across the range

It will if you tell it to

You can select f2.8 at 70mm and through to 200mm but you can also select other apertures, eg f13, f22, according to what you require in the shot.
