Sigma 500mm f/4.5 APO EX HSM
Anybody got any experience with this lens ?
Its half the price of the Canon equivalent (Would love the 500mm L but cant really afford either at the moment) and have seen some reviews which seem pretty good ? Just wondered if anybody had any 1st hand experience and knew of any pitfalls other than no IS or red ring ?   Thanks |

Think thats a slightly different version (not APO) but made for interesting reading all the same !
 It certainly sounds like a decent alternative to the Canon ! all i need now is a decent lotto win or sell a kidney and i could afford it ! Thanks for the heads up ! Wonder what happened to Pink Fairy ? |
