Canon 430 what? Do you mean flashgun? If that is the case I would recommend the Sigma 500 Super. Maybe not as well built as Canon but still has all the bells and whistles.

If you can get the "Sigma Super" version for 109 that's great. The Super has got the full remote slave compatible flash trigger and for the equivalent Canon 430 ex that will cost you 135-199 and doesn't have remote slave trigger The Canon 580ex which has the remote slave trigger will cost in excess of 250.

You can bid on a raft of Canon refurbished products on canon_uk and your bid price if you win includes vat and 12 months return to Canon UK warranty.
