Canon 430 what? Do you mean flashgun? If that is the case I would recommend the Sigma 500 Super. Maybe not as well built as Canon but still has all the bells and whistles.

If you can get the "Sigma Super" version for £109 that's great. The Super has got the full remote slave compatible flash trigger and for the equivalent Canon 430 ex that will cost you £135-£199 and doesn't have remote slave trigger The Canon 580ex which has the remote slave trigger will cost in excess of £ 250.
You can bid on a raft of Canon refurbished products on canon_uk and your bid price if you win includes vat and 12 months return to Canon UK warranty. I hope this helps. Brian |
