Tripod---which one?

I'm looking at tripods and I can't seem to figure out which one to get. I want one that is light, quick to set up and can go flat to the ground to take pictures. Not a real tall one because I'm a short person . Of course I want one that has the handle to move the camera around. Any suggestions out there for me?

The set-up I have covers all your requirements, except it is not light. It must be remembered that a light tripod is not a particularly sturdy tripod Mine is lightning-fast to set up (and even faster to put away), that's exactly why I chose it. Check out my camera gear (under my avatar) if you're interested
