What a stange advert. Where did you find it.

It says it can take pictures of objects 18 to 32 miles away. My camera can easily take pictures of objects billions of miles away if I point it at the night sky. What happens if the object is 17 or 33 miles away ??

Sorry but that sort of sloppy statment in adverts always get me going.

I wonder what it is / was for. With all the atmospheric distortion and haze you get when looking that far on earth you are hardly going to get a sharp picture and telecsopes are better for the stars.

On the other hand if I set that up in a hide at the local RSPB reserve I think there would be a few very envious photographers there. Before we all fell through the floor that is.
