Views on DG and non-DG lenses?

Just wondering if anyone's used both and can actually see a difference in picture quality?

Do you mean Sigma lenses? if so and since the only real difference is a new coating I doubt there will be much difference.

its supposed to be more compatable with the reflective surfaces of todays sensors in the camera ?

and are more expensive, lol

other than that there is no difference to the non DG optics versions

Sorry, yes the Sigma's. Thinking of a second hand 70-200 and just wondering if it's worth paying the premium for the DG version. Can't say I'm convinced through reading up on it though.
