Re: vintage cameras?

You could try seeing if there are any photographic museums or collections/collectors that could help, or the photographic section of a science museum perhaps?

How about specialist auction houses?

Re: vintage cameras?

There is a national photographic museum just up the road from me in Bradford UK

Photography - National Media Museum

I assume that you are in the US but it may be able to help. The last time I went there it had a vary large display of old cameras

Re: vintage cameras?

Does it take the Instamatic 126 film cartridges? If so, it can't be earlier than 1963.

Re: vintage cameras?

It's a 126 camera, so it's post 1963, but beyond that I can't help. If there are patent numbers or serial numbers that may help your search.

Re: vintage cameras?

i was thinking of googling the serial numbers, i've got tons of old cameras, one is from my great grand father, and it has a roll of film that only one place deveoples (out in tx) because of how dangerous it is... er something... it came with an old cover too that snaps on... it's crazy, i think i used a roll of film in it to see what kind of leaks it had, and it came out really grainy but nothing bad...

it looks alot like this....
