That spec at that price I would say probably not brilliant, quality wise, also it looks like its got an aperture of 9.9 which would mean manual focus.

All I can find is Ebay links when looking for any info so my guess is its a very low quality lens sold on the basis of its zoom range, but not much else.

Personally I wouldnt touch it.

I've done a full search and like Warspite all I come with are e-bay listings, I also tried vivitar.com but there's no lenses listed on the site. If I were you I'd give this a miss best to be on the safe side.
