Hi ive spent numerous hours trying to find information or reviews on Walimex lenses they seem as a company to have (mainly on ebay) good feed back but i cant find any useful reviews any where else so if any one has dealt with this German company owns bought or uses this equipment can they please give an opinion or advice about this equipment thanks it will be appreciated

They also go under the brand names Opteka and Phoenix, and sell a lot through eBay.
I've never tried one, but the word 'bargepole' comes to mind.

I had an Opteka 500mm mirror lens and found it to be ok when used with time and care.
These seem to be available under several names. Opteka, Centon, Walimex among others but all seem to be pretty much alike in appearance and build quality. |
