Emigrating sale

I am emigrating in just over a week and have some last minute things that I have either decided not to take with me or have not dealt with in the time I have had free. The following stuff is cheap and as described. All things have to be dealt with quickly though so please don’t say you will have something if you are not in a position to pay straight away.

I don’t have paypal anymore as all my banking and credit cards have been changed ready for the move so payment will have to be either cash or bank transfer into my Nationwide account.

If interested please PM me.

Sigma 500 super DG flash gun for Canon, this is in perfect condition with box and full instructions but currently doesn’t work. It’s completely dead. It may be a broken contact or something more serious but Sigma are quoting £79 as a standard repair charge but I have no time to get it done. It would suit someone who has time to send it off or fancies having a play themselves.

£30 plus postage of your choice. --- SOLD

IBM Laptop, 1.2ghz Mobile Pentium III, 256mb, 40GB HD, DVD/CD drive. One battery that lasts approx 2.5hours and a spare battery that lasts approx 45mins. All in full working condition but it has been used by me for the last 12months on my job so there are signs of ware and tare on the outside (small marks etc). Also there is a small crack in the case on the lower left hand side that has been there since I bought it, this has not got any worse nor does it seem to affect the laptop in any way. This has been running Windows XP, and the usual photography software as I used it to back up my pictures while on holiday, not the fastest but still a nice small unit. It will come formatted with NO SOFTWARE or OS.

£100 plus postage of your choice ---- SOLD

I will add in more as I dig it out in the next few days so please keep checking this thread.

2 remote control cars and loads of spares

Tamiya Avante 4 wheel drive with Tekin battery regenerating electronic speed control. Antilock breaks, adjustable shocks front and back…basically a full setup that I used a few years ago to race at top club level. This has many upgraded parts and many spares as well. Full build instructions (to repair if you crash etc)and many different sets of tyres and wheels for running on all surfaces.

Schumacher Cougar Pro 2 wheel drive, again with a Tekin battery regenerating electric speed control, antiloack breaks. Much the same as above a full racing setup for use off road or indoor. I swapped to this to get more of a challenge after learning four wheel drive. Again many, many spares, full build instructions (to repair if you crash etc) and many different sets of tyres and wheels.

I have all remote gear, battery chargers, 6 batteries for the cars, several motors, different gears to alter the ratios on both cars, different centre differentials and setups for traction control etc. About 6 or 7 sets of crystals to alter the frequencies that the cars are being run on, two fast chargers to recharge the batteries from a car battery while on location and a transformer to allow charging at home.

These cars have not been run for a good while but were in first class condition when last used. The Cougar has a broken rear wishbone that occurred during the last use but comes with a replacement part that just needs fitting. One of the remote control handsets is missing the aerial but that has probably just been mislaid. I will try to find it amoungst all the turmoil here but cant promise. All batteries where stored discharged so should be ok although I have not got the time to check.

The above stuff combined is worth in excess of £2000 but I need to get shut so the lot is for sale at £100. The only problem is that there is way too much and its far to heavy to post so collection is a must. I am based in Manchester. ---- SOLD

Comes in a anti static bag and was working last time I used it many moons ago. I don't have time to test the card though so no complaints. Card only, no drivers or leads etc but drivers can easily be downloaded.
