Do you see the little tick at the bottom of each post on the left hand side under the members username?
Find a post by sonsey and click on that tick under his name...you can practice on mine if you want

No problem John...
Just click on the tick and in the box that opens you can give a brief comment (or witty one line ) then click on "add to reputation".The points are then automatically added BTW you have no say over the number of points that are awarded. Thats calculated automatically from a formula that takes things into consideration like how long you have been here, your reputation level, your post count etc. Its all done on the fly Hope that helps
