CS3 Photo Downloader
I have just upgraded from CS to CS3 and find that the Bridge has a Photo Downloader. Previously I have been using the Canon EOS Utility to download from my 20D in to a folder. By using the Adobe Downloader, I could do all my processing via the CS3 Bridge. However, when I tried it, the Downloader recognises my camera but cannot see the Raw files. The bridge and CS3 can process my raw files once they are downloaded. I tried taking a couple of JPEGs and the Downoader can see those. Have I done something wrong or is this a CS3 bug?

Re: CS3 Photo Downloader
i had the same trouble, not with CS3 or photoshop at all but with XP. I used to use XP itself to download straight to a folder, but as soon as i tried it in RAW xp couldnt see the RAW pics so had nothing to download........ I nowadays make new folders first then use windows explorer to copy the files across to the new folder.

Re: CS3 Photo Downloader
I don't use it myself but just tried it and my RAW files downloaded OK.

Re: CS3 Photo Downloader
Which Adobe Camera Raw version are you using? I'm using 4.1 and I see the cr2 files on my card no problem.

Re: CS3 Photo Downloader
I am using 4.1 which can see raw files on my hard disk though not on the Camera. I will probably have to continue to use the Canon EOS Viewer Utility anyway because I use this download from my Epson P2000 storage unit.
