Many of these games take me waaaaay back to my very fist PC which I bought in 1996: A Gateway (remember them?) Pentium P166 system with a 2.5GB HDD and 8MB of RAM. I was splashing cash at the time so opted for a 17" CRT and a Matrox Millennium graphics card with 4MB VRAM. I think the whole thing set me back nearly £2000!!

Had Doom on the playstation 1, playing on a 33 inch TV , going through the hifi system , with all the lights out ......used to give me nightmares The darn game got me so uptight & those invisible monsters that used to munch on you .....STOP STOP ....I won't sleep at this rate
