Elements help!

I was fiddling with a shot on elements using the brush and then the cursor changed (yep I must have done something to it) and now all I get is a cross shape (even when opening up another photo) - it won't crop or do anything. Clearly I have changed the settings but I am not sure how..any advice?

Re: Elements help!

The cursor will change its shape depending on what tool you have selected.

Try selecting another tool and see if the cursor changes again.

Re: Elements help!

There is always the reset to defaults option, although I don't know where this is in elements.
