Firefox 2.0.0.13 update
Firefox 2.0.0.13 has just been released and it addresses six recent security advisories. It's described as a 'stability and security update'; two of the issues are rated critical - one involving crashes that could theoretically be exploited to run arbitrary code, the other concerned JavaScript with privilege escalation and potential for cross site scripting exploits and arbitrary code execution.
Your version of Firefox may offer to upgrade automatically - and you should accept this. You can also install Firefox 2.0.0.13 from the Mozilla website. |
