Not sure if anyone uses Focal Blade but I've just received an email regarding an update for Vista.

Version 1.04b of FocalBlade is now available. The reason for this update is a bug that causes previous versions of FocalBlade to crash under Windows Vista on computers with at least 2 GB RAM. This problem is fixed in Version 1.04b. If you don't plan to use Windows Vista with a computer that has 2 GB or more RAM, you don't necessarily need this update.

I have it on my mac. I have used it to try and save some rare photo's. Can I ask if you found it intuitive to use? It is very responsive, but quit filled with different modes, like the cartoon mode, I gathered that it is another use for find edges. Anyway, thanks for the update.

I only stick to the basic mode at the moment but I would like to get in to the more advanced modes available for sharpening.........the options available are incredible

Yes, I have used this many times it can be downloaded from www.The Plugin Site.

You can test it out and pay after you have checked it out.It actual is compatible with my Micrografx Picture Publisher and is primarily designed for Adobe etc.
It does give very good results both expert & auto.

Colour Washer updated to 2.02 version is another of Harald Heim's plug in software associated with colour cast removal but its not as effective as Focal Blade is with its sharpening results.
