Microsoft Live labs : Photosynth
You have just got to see this...
Microsoft Live Labs: Photosynth - Video Currently not released or available but it looks very exciting and if it catches on it could change the way we all photograph and present our collections. Thoughts? |

Not sure if this is good or just another we can so we will idea it sounds like taking all the photographs on the wed good bad or great and turning them into
an interactive game bit like google earth with better photos. interesting for 10 mins and then forgotten but what do i know ![]() |

Very clever programming to get end result. I can see this being used for the travel industry to share experiences of places.
Couple of thoughts though :- 1) When you have 5000 similar shots who decides which ones to show 2) Same with image quality. You would prefer to see the perfectly exposed SLR shot vs a grainy mobile phone shot ? 3) Where were the mono's in that demo ![]() 4) Wouldn't this be even cooler if done with video clips instead . |
