Microsoft Outlook help please!
My boss is away for the next two weeks and I need to download his e-mails to my Microsoft Outlook. I've set up the account and it works fine but I'd like to create a rule whereby any e-mails that come from his account go into a specific folder...and I can't figure out how to do it!
Can anyone help please? |

Tools -> Message Rules -> Mail
 Create new rule containing "where message is to certain name" & "move to specified folder" |

My Outlook is obviously slightly different as I don't have "message rules" so discovered that I have to go into "organise" but thank you for setting me on the set me on the right path!
