Photofiltre free or Photofiltre Studio

Hi all! Does anybody out there use either Photofiltre Free or Photofiltre Studio for photo enhancement? If so, I'd love to hear any pointers or tips that you might wish to share for achieving certain types of photo finishes with those particular programs.

I've not used it but if you're looking for free photomanip software I'd give the Gimp a go.
