I hope i'm not teaching people to suck eggs here but I found this:

Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP

It's a windows resize tool. I hope this is of some use to people.

Most people that want free options seem to settle on either Picasa or Irfranview...both are available from our downloads section if you want to take a look and compare
