Just ordering a PC from Dell & got to the following question that you are forced to answer

Q4. Will the product(s) be used in connection with weapons of mass destruction, i.e. nuclear applications, missile technology, or chemical or biological weapons purposes?
Yes No

those orange boiler suits are quite fetching, i hear Guantánamo Bay is a lovely resort, all inclusive like those carribbean holidays, their complaints department leaves something to be desired though, dave if you answer yes we will still write to you in Guantánamo which will be a comfort im sure
