Vista compatability
In case anyone wonders about Vista compatabilty.
I'm running a dual boot system with Vista Ultimate (OEM) and XP. AM2 Dual core 5200 Athlon, 2 gig ddr2 667, 8800 GTS video card with 320 MB, 250 SATA HD The following progammes all seem to be working OK:- CS2 Photoshop CS2 Illustrator I View Media Pro ACDsee Pro v8 DxO Optics Pro V 4.2 Photodex Pro Show Gold Net Objects Fusion 10 (Web designer) Fixerlabs Sizefixer SLR ( although you need to install Net Framework 1.1 and 1.1 sp1 to run it). Office 2003 suite. Flight Sim FSX deluxe. I've also got a novatech 19" wide screen monitor (DVI or VGA)(approx £ 125) and it's fantastic. Hope this helps |

Re: Vista compatability
Run vista and Xp, Vista okay but still has compatibility problems.
It is a good os and aero glass is a beut. But IMHO I wont rush out to upgrade until service pack 1 is released, or get it free if you are buying a new rig. |
