(INDIA) Heavy Duty Gimbal Head (Wimberley type)
I just picked This up for an offer of £89. The seller seems to sell a lot of things which are clearly "inspired" by much more expensive designs from other manufacturers. This looks to be incredibly similar to a Wimberley V2 But over £400 cheaper. I'll post what I think when I get it.

Re: (INDIA) Heavy Duty Gimbal Head (Wimberley type)
Could be a bargain, could be pretty average. I've had some pretty good look with asian copies of very expensive items, macro focussing rail and right angle adaptor. So I hope this is all you want it to be (and if it is I'll be ordering one).
cheers Dan |

Re: (INDIA) Heavy Duty Gimbal Head (Wimberley type)
Just goes to show what a rip off the originals often are! I know the copies are not always as good as the originals but often they are very much so. As long as they are as fully functional as the originals I don't care where they come from. The simple fact is I would pay £99 for one of these but no way on earth would I pay £499 for one!
I'll be awaiting your verdict with interest :o) Cheers, Rob |
