What is the CHA error anyway? Is that a known error that can be easily fixed?
BTW I take it you noticed that the auction is for the camera only, no battery, charger, accessories etc  |

It's related to possible faulty card (which would be OK), but also known problem with some D70's where it's a repair job at price of s/h camera
 Bit of a gamble I would say, unless you could get your hands on the thing for a few days to test out |
