Dave,
Agree it looks legit - it appears he purchased them from digital_rev via ebay on 25th April. It does mean there is no Nikon UK warranty though - as they were sourced from HK. |

It is possible it is legit, but remember VAT & import duty which brings it close to the price you would pay in the UK anyway. |

I just did a look up of the TARIC code for Digital Cameras and it would appear that there is no import duty from Hong Kong for dSLR's (see below). Of course it still attracts VAT.

Some HK dealers, like One-Stop and Digital Rev, guarantee that there is no duty to pay at the end of the day, as they will pay this if you send them the slip.
Edit: LJR69 - some buyers have reported in the Ebay feedback system that they've had to pay duty for digital cameras

When I check various other products there are duty payments. For example, lenses appear to attract around 3.6% duty and film cameras (up to but not exceeding 35mm film) attract 4.2%, however digital camera's - from Hong Kong - don't attract duty according to the tool which is used by persons needing to find out their import duty rate.
