After website that shows House price rises per region

Just seen a house & went to UK house prices to see how much the current owner paid for it

Anyway I have a price for 08/2002. Now need a site that can help me suss how much that house should have gone up by, to date. From this I can use it for leverage on price

Anyone help ?

Start at £50k and go up in increments of £10k until they stop laughing. If they start looking unfeasibly happy, you've gone too far <g>
