AGGGHHHH BT bafoons !!!
Working from home i have a works business line from BT. The other day I recieved a letter from them stating they were cancelling my line on 11/06, due to a request to move service. Contacted them to say neither I or my work had requested change, so please cancel request.
They leave it till today to reply ,sorry they can't do that. I have to contact whoever requested the change over, yet they can't tell me who that is So halfway througha conference call my line goes dead today, then next thing I get a call from someone trying to contact the person who is buying my house ![]() BT have only gone & changed tel numbers over without my approval & 3 weeks before I actually move Absolute Baffoons

oops ...... i think a letter of compaint is due here...... mind u BT is the only telephone company i have heard of that doesnt actually have a PHONE number for their complaints department! lol wonder if they think they will be snowed under with calls?

Well after a brief call to perosn buying my house, they spent 90 minutes on the phone to some Tesco Call plan, trying to get them to rectify it. They have stated it will take 1-2 days to resolve & would phone me back before 9pm .....did they ...did they hell.
MAddening thing is the company pay businless line rates to ensure service ....lol .. right
