Re: Any unusual BBQ specialitys ?
Well I've refused to eat burgers from about the age of 18..... never trusted what went in em
So last night decided to make our own. A pack of lean mince, one onion chopped up, 5 small chillies chopped, bit of seasoning & 1 egg. Mashed it all together by hand, then moulded some burgers on a plate & in the fridge for an hr. Cooked a treat on the BBQ last night, 6 mins each side !!! Just made another batch for tonight

Re: Any unusual BBQ specialitys ?
Take a banana and make a slit in it from top to bottom. Pour in chocolate gratings, wrap in silver foil and cook for about 2 minutes. Enjoy
