No I dont feel any better, BT guess what now!!

Not only have they cancelled the business email I use so I cannot access any info for clients etc!!

They were supposed to put us back on business today

So OH rings and guess what

' no record of your order sir'

They are soooooooooooooo useless

SUMMER, IT'S A GOOD JOB BT DON'T HAVE THE MONOPOLY ON PHONE LINES,BROADBAND ETC. OTHERWISE THIS COUNTRY WOULD BE IN TROUBLE.

HOPE YOU GET IT SORTED SOON.

I suggest contacting OFTEL with complaint. I did with mine & it was the only way for BT to take notice

that was what caused them to cancel business in the first place, cancel the 5 year contract they stuck us on and refund over £150

but they still cannot get it right! lol

5 more working days, I swear what with them, the water company and student loans I feel 60 now not 30!

Just to point out there is nothing wrong with being 60

Student loans ?? When I went to university the goverment gave me a grant that was enough to live quite well on and have enough left over to buy beer (Sorry perhaps I should not have mentioned that )
