Well got back from work friday 1.00pm wife was ready with packed lunch for the two of us . Down to the local res for a bit of a go at trying to get the kingfishers. The spot I wanted to stop at was taken so pulled into the near carpark. No Probs wife go snap out and the coffee . She then commented that there seemed to be a lot of cars with one person in just sitting there !. I said (joking ) could be a you know one of them dogging places

. well the attention we go twith cars pulling up next to us and looking across

the wife was livid we soon got are wellies on and shot off on foot .Ok I was having a laghing fit she was calling them all the names under the sun

Was told at work next day yes its a hot spot

At least now I have some one to carry my tyripod she wont let me go on my own

Ahahahahahahahaha, pmsl,

I had a similar case to this, I was out at one of the reservoirs near Sheffield and there was a lot of activity for such a remote place... at night.... Then I got my Canon out and put it on it's tripod... there was even more activity. Dumb ass me didn't realise what was going on till about half way home.

Apparently there is a place nearish to us that is um... a meeting place for such activities. We used to walk the dogs (the four legged hairy kind

) there regularly and would often comment on how many cars there were in the car park but we never saw a sole out walking.

We've not been back for ages.
