Re: Car insurance sites

Last year we got a very good deal from Direct Line but I do not think that they allow their costs to be used by these comparison sites. Not only did we save several hundred pounds on two cars but No. 1 daughter is now building up a no claims bonus of her own as a registered driver own and she only drives one of our cars for a few days each year.

Re: Car insurance sites

just insured mine with Marks & Spencer,
but whoever your with after the first couple of years the premiums shoot up, so it always pays to shop around every year.
try Tesco compare, thats where i found mine, thing is though you never know how good an insurance company is until you have to make a claim

Re: Car insurance sites

Never know who I'm insured with from year to year as it not only changes annually but unless I make a claim I don't need to know! Sadly the broker I use has been bought out by Swinton and the service has gone downhill but (tho I guess it's pretty competitive) I still use them for the two cars

Re: Car insurance sites

Try compare the market dot com. they seem pretty good. I change every year now. My son had a quote from his provider for his moped this year for £600.00 and they got it down to £223.00, so worth looking.

Re: Car insurance sites

Use Cheap UK Car insurance and home insurance quotes comparison from Confused.com. , to obtain best quote. Then pop over to Top CashBack & do a search on best company to see if they do cashback offer.

Example is for my wife. Confused came back with Sheilas Wheels being best deal at £120. Popped over to cashback site, searched for S/W's & found £35 cashback. So we got the insurance for £85 f/c

Best prices I have found for cars like yours are with swiftcover. All internet based, but then you do make a saving. I had the 3.0 Z4 insured for £300 fully comp with 10k business miles.
