After yesterdays VAT announcement surley it would of been better to cut the rate of income tax then at least theres a guaranteed return in a few years, as it is hes asking us to spend money in shops etc ok thats very well but many people including me have lost money in wages and even lost their jobs, which is hardly gonna to persuade us all to go out and spend spend spend.
Meanwhile we can go fighting out in the middle of nowhere in balsa wood landrovers and make this country a free for all if your "from overseas" whilst us muppits are expected to bail out banks pensions lost and struggle on.
I can see quite easily "unrest" in this country before to long.

Ah but you have forgotten one thing Muscle: if the muppet known as Alistair not-so-Darling had lowered the rate of income tax they would have had to admit that scrapping the 10p basic rate of income tax was stupid and wrong!

Doing it this way they can rejoice because we all believe they have done all of this for our benefit....
