'Flu

Had a flu jab, but apparently it doesn't cover all the strains

Hit me pretty hard, but I have now discovered how good Lem-Sip really are!!!

Did ya miss me

PS Yes it's 'real' 'flu, so the doc says

I get offered a flu jab every year, but turn them down as no only do they not immunise you from every flu strain, on top of that they are less effective if you are over 40.

I guess they are more relevent to those who might have other respitory issues that flu would exasrebate.

Not over it yet Ali, but if I keep topped up with Lem-sip I at least feel human

Graham, I'm on the 'asthma list' so I get a flu jab yearly. Seems the flu jab is behind on a few updates tho'!

LOL! Come up with the jab that'll cover all the strains and you'll be a millionaire instantly! Choosing the single strain to immunise against is an annual 'best guess' for what's likely to be the one that becomes the biggest threat - but you can stll catch all the rest
